Tria Recruitment
During the Dilapidation and CAT-A works of 14th Floor Tria Recruitment were looking to sign a lease agreement. Being the incumbent fitout contractor to Beacon Tower, Tria Recruitment made contact to negotiate the fitout of their new office space.
The negotiated nature of the contract offered efficiencies in both cost and time to Tria and allowed lease documents to be signed expediently. The Landlord CAT A mechanical scheme was adjusted to suite at no additional cost and Tria had the benefit of selecting finishes that would otherwise been limited to landlords specification.
Tria Recruitments business plan emphasised retention of quality staff and rapid expansion. The design was to take these points and provide a scheme where employees would thrive. Tria's business plan is coming to fruition with high levels of staff retention and significant additions with feedback being the company and space being a pleasure to work in.

Gorilla
Wales' leading post-production company, Gorilla, opened a new facility in Bristol to expand their operations and serve the local market. The state-of-the-art facility located in Finzel's Reach offers the latest technology and is designed for hybrid post-production, allowing clients to choose from a menu of options that best suit their production needs. The facility is also connected to Gorilla's private cloud infrastructure enabling a smarter way of working.
The facility has been a success, providing the best in class in modern post-production creative services and also providing opportunities for new and diverse entrants to mould the future industry. The Bristol team has vast amounts of experience across multiple genres and formats and is excited to be a part of a cutting-edge facility with a close-knit team and to continue to provide services to clients in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Design & Fit-out
Beacon Tower
Since 2018 we have refurbished a number of floors across the 16 storey Beacon Tower on tenants lease expiration taking the floor plates as they become vacant. The floor spaces have been taken back to an industrial look with exposed services, new ducted heating and cooling system, replacement windows, low level trunking with power and CAT 6 data plus LED baton lights.
We have also fully refurbished 16 storeys of toilets from the dated look to a modern light and airy space. Main stacks and pipework has been replaced as the former cast iron pipework was in need to significant repair. New sanitaryware has been installed along with new toilet cubicles, sanitaryware, flooring, backlit mirrors and hand dryers.
