In collaboration with the incoming Helastel, who played a pivotal role in the finished specification of 5th floor, Beacon Tower. The focus was on creating modern meeting rooms and breakout zone with a flexible open-plan office space spanning 4,230 sq ft across the 5th floor.

The investment made by Beacon Tower in the refurbishment aided the lease signing by Helastel. By working for both landlord and tenant costs were reduced to both parties with significant reduction in time over what would be two projects.
