Project Overview
Pepper Money engaged Project XV to increase the capacity of their Cardiff office and update its branding. The goal was to repurpose underutilised space, maximise desk numbers, and create a fresh look for the workspace.
Solutions
We optimised the office layout, executed the renovation in phases, and carefully scheduled tasks to minimize disruption. The project involved stripout, infrastructure upgrades, LED lighting installation, AC alterations, new partitions, flooring, and branded elements.
Successful Results
We delivered the project on time, accommodating the new employees and providing a refreshed workspace. The expansion added 56 desks, and the updated branding enhanced the overall aesthetics, all while ensuring minimal disruptions to daily operations.
