A fresh new addition to Cardiff's food scene, Kiwis Bowls has opened its doors in the heart of Central Square at Cardiff's bus interchange.
Project Overview
It has been a pleasure working with the team to transform this prominent unit from a shell space into a bright, welcoming destination. The refurbishment has created an inviting environment featuring a generous food counter, coffee bar, and integrated seating area, offering visitors a healthy breakfast or lunch option just moments from Cardiff Central Station.
The fit-out included a full MEP package, raised access flooring and floor finishes, new partitions, the creation of DDA-compliant WCs, and the installation of bespoke counters and seating. Completed in just 10 weeks, the project was handed over ahead of schedule to support the grand opening in time for the 2026 HYROX Cardiff 2026 event. We are proud to have played a part in bringing this exciting new venue to life and wish the Kiwis Bowls team every success in their new venture.
