Ground Floor Design

Penguin, a growing company, needed to update their office space in time for their 10-year anniversary and to accommodate recent expansions. The ground floor was designed for client-facing meetings and seminars, featuring an enlarged and modern reception area with mixed flooring, feature slatted wall, bespoke storage and media wall. Flexibility was key, with a movable wall between larger meeting rooms, smaller spaces created and a client tea point installed.

Second Floor Design

The newly leased second floor was mainly open plan, with larger offices for directors and a standalone kitchen area. The small tea-point was expanded into a breakout space for staff to use throughout the day. Agile collaborative spaces were designed into the open plan area, with furniture pieces selected to allow one-to-one discussions and personal calls to take place. The colour scheme, branding, and new furniture were followed through both floors to give continuity to the new brand identity and a fully joined scheme.
