FI Real Estate Management (FIREM), successfully refurbished Unit 4 at Severn Bridge Industrial Estate. The primary objective was to attract a tenant for the last remaining unit, requiring a comprehensive 12-week overhaul of both the exterior and interior spaces.
Challenges and Objectives
The project aimed to enhance the property's appeal and provide high-quality facilities to meet the needs of potential occupiers. Key challenges included ensuring a swift turnaround and creating a space that aligns with the requirements of the incoming tenant, a haulage and logistics company set to occupy the unit.
Results
The Lockwood Group signed a minimum five-year lease for the fully refurbished Unit 4, marking the full occupancy of Severn Bridge Industrial Estate. The successful collaboration showcased the capability to meet industry demands for premium industrial spaces.
